I ordered a phone from Poorvika and I was a bit nervous at first because I wasn’t fully sure if it would be original or not, but when it arrived the box was properly sealed, the IMEI matched the bill, the warranty was active on the brand website, and everything looked completely genuine and untouched so I felt really relieved. Delivery was fine, the phone is working well so far, and I’m happy with the purchase mainly because it turned out to be authentic.

"Good EMI purchase experience overall"
I bought a mobile from Poorvika on EMI the experience was good. The payment page confused me a bit at first like, where exactly are the EMI details?? But once I selected my bank, everything showed up properly. My order got confirmed quickly and the delivery was on time too. I just wish the EMI charges and payment dates were shown more clearly before the final payment. Other than that, no major issues. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from poorvika.com and the delivery was okay in the end. The product reached safely, so no complaints there. But the tracking part was a bit annoying, it kept showing the same status for a long time and I wasn’t sure what was happening. I even had to contact support once just to check. Anyway, the item came fine, which is the main thing, but I really feel the updates could be quicker and more accurate.
